At F1nish Coatings, we are committed to getting your products delivered quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including tracking information.
During high-volume periods (product launches, promotions, or giveaways), processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our facility, F1nish Coatings is not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping Carriers
We ship orders via trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx depending on the most efficient option for your location.

We currently ship within the United States.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
F1nish Coatings is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
We will review the claim and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
Installer & Bulk Orders
Installer-only or bulk orders may require additional processing time. If applicable, a member of our team will contact you directly to coordinate shipping.
